Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges - if you are sending a product back to exchange for a different size, style, or color then email us at swellophonic@chane.com and we will send you a UPS label at our cost to ship the item back to us.  Once we have received the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.  
Returns - if you do not want the item and aren’t exchanging it then please ship the item back and we will credit back the cost of the item, but can not exchange the shipping costs.  
Defective/damaged items we will send you a shipping label, exchange the item, or credit the total cost of the transaction back once the item is received back at our store.
*Vans products can only be shipped within the United States
